(Renting furnished for 1 month only. We are moving out of state. You can keep all the furniture in the room - full sized bed, side table & desk) Amenities:
There's a 24hr doorman, gym and laundry room with the most amazing view of the Manhattan skyline. Laundry room in the lobby. Large balcony with south facing city view. Apartment features hardwood floors, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, ceramic tile floors, granite counter tops, extremely large living room and dining room. Occupants: Lois (female), and Andres (male), (other bedroom is my office)
Pets: We have a 9 yr old cat who is very sweet and friendly. Very well behaved. He's trained to not scratch furniture. Acts like a dog and plays fetch. Transit: only 3 blocks away from the major subway hub of 125th st. 4/5/6 trains and only 4 blocks from Metro North (1 stop to Grand Central Station). Neighborhood: Safe up and coming East Harlem has it all. Lots of grocery stores within a one block radius, pharmacies, Target, Cosco, Blink Gym, Planet Fitness Gym
