Second floor for rent

I’m renting out the second floor of my condo. It’s a private bedroom, private bathroom, additional closet and some storage in the attic. The rent is 850 a month plus half of the light bill and a $500 deposit.. i’m a single professional Mail I work Monday through Friday and I travel often. I have three cats and I live alone included all the street parking in the pool.
