Currently, there are 2 other girls in the home. It’s 4 bed, two bathroom 1700sq foot home. Location: North Sacramento - 3 min to Hwy 80 and convenient access to Natomas and Hwy 5 -Rent = $950 & split utilities (around 100$ per month) -Move-in costs (Security Deposit = $900 and first month's rent.)
-Month to Month lease agreement. -Requesting 6 month minimum commitment.
-Background check and income verification required -Dedicated parking space in driveway.
-Sewer/trash included in rent.
