Hi baddies! Me and my bestie Kelly are looking for someone to take over a room in North PB starting June 1st. We love music festivals, pilates, and a goooddddd happy hour. We are very easy going and like to keep things tidy! We also do have a cat, he’s an older boy and very sweet. We work from home full time. Rent is $1390 with your own parking spot. 10 minute walk from the beach, and super accessible to everything poppin in PB. Utilities all come out to less than $100 a month including WiFi.
