12 month lease (I don’t have a problem with you leaving early, just help me find a replacement before you do) Central air and heat. No hot summer nights!
House is quiet and calm.
No drama or drugs/partying ever. The house was recently built and is almost 3,500 square feet with 3 beds, 3 baths, large kitchen, central air and heat and newer appliances. There are also 2 full living rooms set up so there is always room for privacy if desired and space.
Room for rent is very large, close to 15'x15' and has great closet space. My name is Alex. I have been here 11 years and I love it. I am usually working or out for a ride on my motorcycle. I shoot photography and like to work on cars and motorcycles. Roommate 2, Bradford, moved in a year and a half ago and is renewing his lease for another year. Works in tech and is very active. Loved to travel and is sociable but to himself. Both of us are younger guys beyond any partying or crazy days, so house stays quiet. House atmosphere is friendly and extremely laid back. Friends come over and have a beer rarely, but we don't have raging parties or do drugs ever and they are not welcome in the home. I work a lot so work play balance is healthy. No "house rules" (some people have asked?), just be friendly, kind, pick up after yourself, keep the home in good condition and everyone is good to go.
