Hi, my name is Shuanna. I am a 46-year old professional. I am looking for a roommate. The room is in Dallas. The monthly rent is $750 and the room is available immediately.I will wanting to do a 1 yrs lease with you and I need a cleaning person to come in and respect the 2 Story home, there is a two car driveway and you can park your car in the front of the house. The Room is upstairs and there is a Bathroom in the hallway. If you have animals, I am animal friendly, but please keep them clean. Also the room clean as well. i’m also kid friendly. please keep the house in an orderly fashion. Thank you.
