I have a room for rent in a 3 bedroom / 1 bath, kitchen, living room, and dining room home. 1 Room is my room, the other room is set up as a guest room and I have 1 room open to rent out. All utilities are included in this price, The security deposit is eligible for return at move out. I currently live alone, working and going to school full time but am looking for a roommate who is also career/ goal focused, knows how to keep shared spaces clean, and pay their bills on time without any issues. Photos show home at time of my move in. The home is fully furnished outside of the bedroom to rent.
