One bedroom in a four bedroom townhouse complex rent is 700$ a month. We are a family friendly household looking to add one more person to the house. There are a cat dog and birds currently in the house. The birds stay in my bedroom. Would be willing to add one more small animal to the house. The dog is also my esa dog and doesn’t mind cats. Willing to keep common areas picked up from your own ite[REDACTED]o parties as there is a kid in the house and a person recovering from alcohol addiction. There are plenty in the complex we’re in.
