* 2 bed/two bath, large living room, galley kitchen
*All common areas are fully furnished (living room, kitchen, etc.)
* Fully stocked kitchen (no need to bring cookware or household items)
* Laundry on * Tandem parking
* Recently upgraded with brand new laminate flooring throughout
*Walking distance to Trader Joe’s, Ralph’s, Downtown Burbank Details:
* Available May 1
* Preference for short-term (1–3 months)
* Open to longer stays (up to 6 months), but would start with a 1-month to make sure it’s a good fit for both of us
* Ideal for traveling professionals, students, or anyone looking for a peaceful, move-in-ready space. IMPORTANT:
I have a cat, so this would not be a good fit for anyone with allergies or who doesn’t like animals. About the home:
This is a clean, calm, intentional space—not a party house. I keep shared spaces tidy and am looking for someone who naturally does the same.
