The space is bright and comfortable, with two living rooms so there’s plenty of room to relax, plus a large patio and a separate balcony which is perfect in the warmer months. I work from home and keep a calm, clean and peaceful environment. I’m respectful, easygoing and value a good energy at home. I’m looking for someone similar who is responsible, considerate and drama free. The place is ideal for someone who enjoys a quiet, comfortable space and wants to feel at home, not just rent a room.
