His super cute tidy little apartment is a one bedroom with new bathroom renovation and is one block from the Ambleside seawall. You can see the Lionsgate bridge down there and walk to the beach house restaurant at the far right end of the sea walk. The Area is full of little restaurants, cafés, and coffee shops and has a delightful ambiance in the summer. There are numerous little festivals in the park and you can swim at the beaches or go sailing from the little boathouse nearby. Excellent restaurants in the area and only a short walk to the Park Royal Mall. There may be parking included if need be overground The building is quiet with only 20 tenants and is only stories high. We have a tiny swimming pool in the front outdoors.
