Large Room, nicely furnished. Rent includes utilities, Xfinity Internet, access to Washer and Dryer, access to Kitchen. Large backyard with patio that has a smoker, grill and TV. We also have access to a stocked lake outside the backyard and larger lake in the community. Very quiet and clean neighborhood. Must be comfortable with large friendly service dogs. The neighborhood is extremely quiet, safe, and everyone is very friendly. I work on cars here at home and sometimes I’m working through the night and feel extremely safe. Being in the county we don’t rely on MPD… the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office serves our community. ***The room comes with a Roku TV with access to the doorbell Camera. Netflix, Prime, Apple TV, Disney Plus, Hulu Plus and more is available for an additional fee.
