The shared spaces of the house will be furnished and has all the appliances you'll need including washer/dryer, fridge, stove, microwave, pots, pans, etc. The house also has a home office, that you will be welcome to use. You would have a max of 2 housemates. Rent Options:
$700 - Private room, but shared bathroom. (2 House Mates)
$750 - Private room and private bathroom. (2 House Mates)
$1000 - You get the entire second floor to yourself including a living room, full bath, bedroom, and a room for storage. (1 House Mate)
