Hi! My name is Marielle, and I’m a 21 year old student at UCSD, who’s graduating this year and hoping to find a new roommate to take over my lease in July! The room is a big private room with a closet and shared bathroom with a double sink and bathtub/shower. It will be unfurnished, other than the bed if you want it (less than a year old from IKEA)! The house is in a quiet family neighborhood, fully furnished, and ready to live in. We have a sunroom, loft/art room, multiple storage closets, a small bar, and 2 living rooms. We all have our own personal dishes and utensils. I’m hoping to find someone like minded, around our age (all early to late twenties), LGBTQ friendly, clean, vintage-item-loving, and communicative. There are 4 of us, all women. It’s important you have a car, as the nearest bus stop is a 20+min walk away. There’s lots of street parking and we share the driveway. Rent is 1,125 for July and starting August it’ll be 1,150. Utilities vary per month, but usually 100-200~ extra.
