Hi! I am looking for someone to take over my lease at The Waverly apartments in Newark, DE for the academic year 2026 - 2027 (lease start: 08/01/26). Here are some details: - Lease period: - Near UD (~ 5 mins), direct shuttle to campus
- The floor plan of the apartment is 4BR+4BA so you will share the kitchen and common areas with 3 roommates who are typically UD students, but you will have your own room and bathroom. - In-unit washer and dryer
- Amenities include: clubhouse access, fitness center, study rooms, pool, basketball court, golf simulator
- Parking available
