Apartment Details: • 2 bed / 2 bath (1,120 sq. ft.) • Located in SouthPark, above Steak 48 • Pet-friendly • Garage parking with EV charging stations • Beautiful natural light • Walkable to nearby grocery stores, including Harris Teeter and Whole Foods Rent & Utilities: • Total rent: $2,893/month • Per person: $1,446.50/month • Utilities included: Internet, water, sewer, and trash • Electricity is separate (through Duke Energy) Application Process: • $100 application fee If you’re interested in sublease and have a roommate, both would need to reach out to me or would prefer to take over the lease by yourself, please feel free to message me! The apartment will be unfurnished.
