The condo is fully furnished and very comfortable, with peaceful lake views and a relaxing atmosphere. The room is ideal for someone who appreciates a clean, calm home environment. The condo also has a full laundry room, high-speed WiFi (great for remote work), and access to two community pools with clubhouses and bathrooms. About me: I’m 51, retired, and I really enjoy being home and keeping the condo comfortable and looking great. I enjoy cooking, relaxing, listening to music, and sitting out on the lanai watching the lake and wildlife. My dog Diesel (pug) also lives here — fair warning: he tends to win people over very quickly. I’m looking for a respectful, responsible roommate who appreciates peaceful living and a well-kept home.
