Hi! I’m renting a room in my three bedroom Midvale apartment! It is a shared room with another female (although she will probably not be here for the month of June, so will be private then). It is fully furnished with AC, dishwasher, and TV. It is available immediately through August 1. For April and May, I would discount it to only $800/month including utilities. For June and July, it’d be the normal price of $1312 including utilities. 10-15 min walk to UCLA campus.
