Hi, I’m Andrew. I’m 35, currently going through a divorce, and looking for a fresh start with a stable place and great roommates. I work full-time in a government job with a secure -figure income. While my credit isn’t perfect right now, I can provide proof of income and references, and I’ve always paid my rent on time. I’m very clean and tidy. I like to keep a shared home neat and comfortable, which is important to me. I also enjoy cooking and would be happy to share meals sometimes.
