Security Deposit: $650 I have two upstairs rooms available for rent with a 6-month lease. The bedrooms and upstairs loft are currently unfurnished, giving you the flexibility to make the space your own. Details: • One parking spot in the driveway is available to the first renter; additional renter will have street parking • Shared access to kitchen, dining area, and laundry room • Upstairs bathroom is shared between the two renters (private from the rest of the house) • Shared hall closet for toiletries, towels, and bedding • Bonus upstairs loft space that can be used as a [REDACTED] I’m a clean, responsible, and friendly person.
