Roommate and I are looking for a responsible, clean individual looking to rent an extra room in a 3 bed, 2.5 bath house. Rent is $900/month including utilities. House is located in the safe, desired Alexandria neighborhood on the VB/Chesapeake line. Close to many different retail stores and parks. Proof of income required, references required. Room available end of April. ***Shared bathroom with one other roommate*** ***House has one dog, he’s a sweetheart***
