Hi everyone! Housing opportunity for the 2026-27 school year (June 2026-June 2027). I'm looking for roommates for my 4-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom house on a quiet cul-de-sac, about a 10-minute drive from William & Mary, ideal for students or young professionals. Private bedrooms for rent with communal living room, dining room, kitchen, and cute sun room. I am a grad student at W&M seeking additional female housemates.
$700/month (electric + wifi not included). Features washer/dryer, driveway + street parking, furnished common spaces, large backyard with fire pit, and shed storage. No pets.
