One unfurnished bedroom is available for rent in a spacious home. The room is $700/month and includes all utilities. You'll have one bathroom to use. The house is located in Copper Leaf Mountain (Phoenix 85040), just a 15-minute drive from both ASU Tempe and ASU Downtown Phoenix. A bus stop is right by the street for easy commuting. You'll be sharing the house with my husband and me. Parking is available.
Note:
• We do have a friendly Corgi, but he will stay in his room and first floor, he will not share the kitchen and living room space with us (We will bring him up there sometimes). We are looking for female tenants without pets.
• 1-month deposit is required.
