Clean house with female working professionals and entrepreneurs that keep to themselves but are friendly. Bedrooms are upstairs; full access to common areas on the main floor with the balcony. Smoke free house.
Utilities included, including internet. Plenty of street parking. Washer and dryer down the hall. Keyless entry. No couples, kids or pets. All of the roommates are so lovely. Looking for someone to match the energy who is clean and respectful of others.
