Looking for a new female roomie for a 2B2B apartment in Studio City for move-in ASAP who is seeking a long term living situation. Base Rent = $1,678 (per person) + utilities (TOTAL = around $1800/month per person) NOTE: Included photos of the bedroom furnished by a previous roommate, but the room will be UNFURNISHED. Amenities include:

* An included, reserved tandem parking spot

* Top-floor apartment w/ high ceilings & amazing natural light
* Balcony that faces the sunset
* Fully equipped gym

* Complex events & weekly food trucks NOTE: *** I have two kitties *** that are super friendly & well-behaved! I’m looking for an animal lover, someone who’s not allergic to cats, doesn’t own a pet, & would be comfortable occasionally helping feed them when I’m traveling or working late, if it aligns with your schedule.
