You will have your own private bathroom and there is a long hallway that has a washer and dryer for use. The condo has Ecobee controlled central AC/ Heat and Hue controlled cabinet lighting. My rooftop has an absolutely stunning view of downtown and is easily accessible. There is no elevator in the building. The condo is across the street from Pete's Fresh Market (grocery store), post office and is only 3 blocks away from 290 expressway and blue line train. There are plenty of places to grab a bite to eat in the area along with banks, Walgreens near by. There is plenty of street parking in front and just north of my building. It is only an 8 minute walk to the United Center. The cost is $1,400/month which includes utilities, internet and Fire Stick t. v. The pictures don't truly show how beautiful of a condo this really is. I am willing to do monthly or a 6 month lease. If longer than a month you will have to pay a room deposit totalling the first months rent. The bedroom will be available by 4/1/26. I am not for the fee to check my on here.
