Hello, I have a room available in single family home. Bathroom and fridge shared wit 2 other people. Professional cleaning services is included where they clean all common areas and even your room if you want. Room is fully furnished. House is a large single family home in chantilly va near fair oaks mall with all utilities Included and free street parking. There are 3 large professionally trained dogs, 2 cats and a bird at the house. They dont have to be in your space at all but they are in the house. We do require 1st month rent and deposit to move in and we do a background,and credit check and income verification. Available NOW.
