By 2-3 minute walk to the beach a short walk or bike ride to the Bay plenty of shopping nearby lots of local restaurants lots of opportunity the rent is 550 plus half a light bill which usually runs anywhere between 90 and 150 I'm willing to negotiate slightly on the rent for the right person
