• My current two roommates are straight males (33 and 65). They both tend to stay in their rooms which is their choice.
• If interested, one can join in on some optional socializing at times like: * Watching a movie of interest or game if into any sports on either the 75” living rm, 65” family room or 4 other tv’s in other open areas.

* Meals - I cook meals daily and am willing to share if one cooks as well.
• If a gym lover, there’s a 24-hr.gym called EOS 1.5 miles away and 4 others nearby. 🛏️ This fully furnished room offers a full-size captain's bed with bookcase, lots of storage underneath, all bedding, tall hutch/dresser, solid oak desk with hutch, bookcase, 50" TV, medium closet, microwave, 4.5 cf.refrig-freezer.
💡 All utilities and Frontier 2 Gbps Wi‑Fi + Hulu/Disney+/ESPN included with full access to the kitchen, laundry, house, and fully landscaped yard.
⏰ • $800/month + $400 refundable deposit=$1,200 total to move in.
• No cash or check-online payments only. • Minimum 2 month stay and a 30‑day notice required for deposit return. 🏠 Prefer those who work full-time outside the home but open to limited work from home. 🚫 There are limits on visitors and overnight stays.
❌ NO heavy drinkers, smokers or drug user.
🚽 My 2nd/shared bathroom is kept clean with everyone helping out 🧼
