ISO ROOMATE for my current 2bd/2bath apt in Del Mar. On Mango Drive (Park Place Apts). Move in between March 30-April 30. 12 month lease. Need to confirm someone by 3/31!! Looking to fill room with private bathroom $1450 + utilities. Parking spot included, shared laundry. Attached photos shows space before we moved in. I can send a video too. -street noise -limited storage Your roommates would be Christina (me) and Nick. We both graduated from SDSU and work full time. I work in office 2/wk and Nick goes in 5/wk. We cook a lot on weeknights and have friends over for dinner about 1x month. Living room and kitchen are fully furnished. Looking for a clean, laidback roommate who's around our age (mid 20s).
