FIRST MONTHS RENT IS NEGOTIABLE AND ELETRIC DEPOSIT PAID NEED GONE ASAP Sub leasing one private bedroom and bathroom in a 4 x 4 apartment for be$766 at the Oasis. Currently three females living there. Apartment Complex includes swimming pool, study rooms and gym.
