It is located at the corner of Philip and Colombia Streets (Society 145, Carlisle unit), a 5-minute walk from the Waterloo Campus and a 15-minute walk from the WLU campus. The unit includes all utilities (washer and dryer too). Within the building, there is a full gym, an indoor basketball court, a study floor area, and a Starbucks on the ground floor.
