My partner and I bought a house and are looking for someone to take over my lease (May 1st to October 7th) for a 2 bed/2 bath apartment in St. Louis Park right next to the Fresh Thyme on Excelsior. Rent is 2199/month. 150/month/car for parking and utilities (negotiable). Apartment is 2 stories, 3rd and 4th floor with the entrance on the 4th floor. In unit laundry, heated garage, and pet friendly.
