Hi! I’m an Educational Assistant working full-time, currently looking for a clean, [REDACTED] around $700/month. My schedule is usually from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, so I keep a consistent routine and value a quiet and peaceful home environment. I’m very clean, organized, and respectful of shared spaces. I don’t smoke or party, and I’m responsible with rent and communication. Ideally looking for a place with easy access to public transportation. Parking is required, preferably with access to electricity for my hybrid vehicle. Move-in: mid-August 2026 (before the 2026–2027 school year) 😊
