It is just a 5 minute walk to the beautiful American River Parkway, trails, and recreation. Great location near freeway. The room is studio sized and expansive at 243 sq. ft. (2 1/2 times a regular size bedroom) with carpet, wall of shelving, wall of windows, and downstairs. It can be furnished (see photos with furnishings), but only has a full sized leather couch right now (as shown in photos). The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, etc. The washer and dryer, and second refrigerator are available for convenience. There is space for your things in the garage. A cleaning service comes twice a month.
