Located in the south west side of Vegas is This bedroom with a full size bed and has a small walk in closet that has been converted into a recording studio booth but you can still hang clothes in the closet on the bottom racks. If you choose to rent this room, I can either turn me back to a regular closet or keep it at the Studio booth. Either way the price is $1000 per month. You will be sharing the double sink full bathroom upstairs and a half bathroom downstairs. Parking only available on the street with yellow tag. They charge a yearly fee for each yellow tag of which the fee is non refundable. Any over night guests must be approved by me and guests have to pay $35 fee each night they are staying. Anything over 3 days the rates go to $50 per night. No exceptions no sob stories about my family got kicked out or friend need a place to stay I am going to charge them a fee no matter what. The yard is available for cigarettes and cigar smoking there is no cigarettes or cigar smoking in the house. Any other questions feel free to ask
