Hi there! I’m Jeremy, a 40-something living in the Battlebend neighborhood. I’m looking to rent out two rooms. One is about 130 square feet, and the other is around 150 square feet. Both rooms come with fiber internet, and the rent is month-to-month. I’ll need a small deposit, and I’ll check your background before giving the green light.
