Hi! Looking for someone to rent a private bedroom in our cozy, creative townhouse! $1,350/month plus utilities ($40/month for wifi and ~$30-60/month for electric and gas)

- located on the second floor of a 3-story townhouse apartment unit
- living with 2 cats (no new pets)

- minimum 3 month stay
- you’ll be living with two 31 year old females, both actors who also work in service industry (we are often working nights and home during the day)
- common space furnishings have changed a little bit since these pictures were taken - bedroom will be unfurnished
