Hi everyone, I’m looking for a female to take over my lease starting May 1. The apartment is a student apartment located about 10 minutes from University of South Florida in the Tampa/Lutz area. Details:
• Private bedroom in a shared apartment
• Female only
• Rent: $535 per month (utilities not included)
• July rent special: $16 (utilities not included) The room comes furnished with a full-size bed, nightstand, dresser, desk, and chair.
