Hey guys, I’m moving out and looking for someone to take over my double room in a really calm, chilled and well-kept flat in Stratford. It’s genuinely been [REDACTED] in and I’ve really enjoyed my two years here - leaving only because I am moving in with a friend. Double room in 2-bed / 2-bath flat (you get the main bathroom with bathtub) 1st floor 2 storey small building, no lift. Very safe gated development (2 gated entries) Share with one easy going NHS professional (male, 27, Irish) works in the ambulance service so away from home a lot of hours plus does his masters When at home always friendly, but enjoys spending most his time in his (ensuite) bedroom. Balcony (smoking allowed) Free residents’ gym + parcel reception Bills approx. £180/month(council tax, water, cleaner, energy, internet)
