Hi! I’m looking for a roommate for my apartment in Bushwick (off the J at Halsey). The setup is pretty unique since we each have:
• Our own bedrooms + our own separate private living rooms
• Shared kitchen + bathroom I think its ideal if you are someone who likes having a lot of your own space. The kitchen is freshly renovated, and the bathroom is currently being renovated and will be done before move-in. Move-in date: March 15th - April 1st
Rent: $1,800/month
Utilities included (WiFi separate)
No Pets Location perks:
• Off the J at Halsey
• Close to the L + easy A/C connections
• Grocery store ~5 min walk
• Bodega right next door
• Multiple laundromats within 5–10 min walk (no laundry in building)
• Lots of cute cafés, restaurants, and parks nearby About me:
I’m 24, work in corporate, and am usually out and about. When I’m home, I really value a calm, cozy space to decompress. Even though we have our own living areas, I’d love to be friends with my roommate (grab coffee, yoga classes, check out neighborhood things, etc.), but also no pressure. Overall, I’m looking for someone clean, respectful of shared spaces, LGBTQ- [REDACTED] with. I’m big on mutual respect and keeping the apartment feeling peaceful.
