Room for rent in a safe gated community of Bel Mar. The kitchenette and bathroom are solely yours until roommate returns. My high school son and daughter who are here 3 days a week. The home has three floors and you’ll have access to the bottom floor with other roommate. My daughter has a room but she will using the bathroom upstairs for your convenience. All utilities are included with street parking. Access to resort-like community pool/jacuzzi. Washer and dryer access.
