The apartment has an amazing view (check the video!) and is located right by Gantry State Park with easy access to Midtown. You’ll be living with a 24-year-old male in a clean, respectful environment. The building has tons of great amenities including gym, rooftop terrace, party room/lounge, doorman, mailroom, bike storage, and more — honestly one of the best setups in LIC.
