There's an open room available in my two bedroom apartment. It's a great place, spacious and in the middle of north park, walkable to all amenities. It has heating and ac but honestly they're not necessary because it's naturally climate controlled. There are two parking spot--one in the garage plus a spot in the alley. Laundry on . It has an oven, dishwasher, fridge and spacious kitchen. I'm a professional in my thirties, mostly clean and sober. I have guests and clients at my apartment sometimes. I soend most of my time out of the apartment at work or socializing/enjoying san diego's beaches and nightlife. Landlord expects a 650 credit score and 3x rent as income.
