We are 3 blocks from mount eden St 4 Subway stop and few blocks away the Metro North at E. Tremont Ave. We also have great bike stations in our block, and lots of parking lot space. The house is super comfortable and the rooms are spacious, with lots of light, comfortable beds and a great common area with large living room and dinning room. The monthly rent is $1300 for the smaller room and $1400 for the larger one, and 1600 for the one with attched private bathroom. The room is available immediately or starting March 1st, bookable monthly for short or long stays. Fully furnished and with utilities included. Pay per use laundry in the house.
