You’ll occasionally encounter our friendly xxl senior dog and black cat in the fenced backyard and lanai, where your entrance is located. This is a peaceful, respectful household. We are clean and quiet, and we’re looking for someone similar. A clean background is required. No drugs are permitted on the premises, including marijuana. Smoking is allowed outside only please be respectful of the space. No parties or frequent late-night guests. Overnight guests are fine occasionally, but if they stay more than three nights, the rent will increase.
