Hi! My name is Aria, and I'm a 23-year-old neurodivergent woman looking for a compatible (female only please) roommate who appreciates a peaceful, understanding living space.
I'm hoping to find someone neurodivergent-friendly (or at least very open and patient with ND traits) who thrives in a very low-key, laid-back, and quiet environment. Think: relaxed evenings, minimal noise/drama, respect for personal space and routines, and a drug-free household. The home is LGBTQ+ friendly and welcoming to kind, considerate people.
I'm bringing my very sweet, gentle 3-year-old cat — she's super affectionate, litter-box trained, and gets along great with calm people (and cat-friendly dogs!). If you have a chill, well-behaved, cat-friendly dog, that's absolutely welcome too — we'd love a furry companion in the mix! The apartment is a spacious 2-bedroom condo in the beautiful University Park neighborhood of Denver — a quiet, tree-lined, high-end residential area right next to the University of Denver campus (just a short, easy walk away). It's in a great complex with awesome amenities: in building laundry, a pool, hot tub, community room, and a small gym. Rent is $1,300/month — all utilities included (super straightforward budgeting!). This is for a private room and exclusive use of the main bathroom (stand-up shower).
We're hoping to start the lease on March 1st, and it's a 12-month lease required by the HOA.
