Rent is $ per month. First month’s rent is required before move in and before keys are provided. Utilities are included: water, electricity, internet, and trash. Parking space in front of the house is included.

Shared spaces include a shared kitchen, shared living room, and shared laundry.

Great location: minutes to ChristianaCare Union Hospital in Elkton, minutes to Cecil College, minutes to Perryville MARC Station for commuting to Baltimore and DC, and 7 minutes to Starbucks, Food Lion, and Walmart.

House expectations: no smoking or vaping, no illegal drugs, no pets, quiet hours after 9 PM, no subletting. Guests allowed Friday, Saturday, and Sunday only, maximum hours. Tenant must be present while guests are visiting and is responsible for guest behavior.
