We are a responsible family looking for a long-term rental. I am a working mother with two children and a well-behaved cat. Our cat is litter-trained. We are looking for a small apartment or house, ideally near a school.
We do not smoke or use any illegal substances. My children attend school regularly. I have a stable job and a signed contract, and we intend to stay here for a long time. We are respectful tenants and will take good care of the property.
