* House comes with a backyard with plenty of ample space for gardening. Also includes a grill, smoker, shed, and a fire pit.
* Tons of storage space. Two hallway closets and plenty of cupboards in the kitchen for essentials.
* Even more floor space! We’ve got a large living room and dining room (which has been converted to an office space).
* All plumbing and utilities are functional and without issue.
* Private landlord who has been really awesome.
* Rent stable, with lease being month-by-month. Meaning you don’t have to wait x amount of months before the lease is up.
* Location is in a good spot too:
* Safe and generally friendly neighborhood.
* minute drive to ASU and Highway .
* Less than a mile away from Safeway.
* Within walking distance of Meyer Park. Couple notes:
* No pets (honestly really devastated about this)
* Windows are single-pane, so electricity prices do spike in the Summer. Have to be mindful about the A/C.
* We have a rotating cleaning schedule, and do expect you (yes, you) to contribute.
* Shared costs living space. Meaning we’ll split the cost of paper towels/toilet paper/cleaning materials/etc.
* Utilities are split evenly among tenants.
